Cancellation Policy
Although we will try to be as flexible as possible the following policy will apply when using our services. Each time you make an appointment your name (or code name) will be entered on the calendar above and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address after booking a class (unless you opt out). If you cancel a class within 48 hours a cancellation fee of half of the value of the class will be charged. Students who cancel a lesson with 24 hours will be charged for the lessons at the full lesson rate. However If we can re arrange the lesson to be taken in the same week of the cancellation no cancellation fees will be charged. This will be subject to tutor’s availability.
Please read the following carefully to understand our cancellation terms for group classes:
Non-Attendance by a Group Member
If a member of the group does not attend a scheduled class, the full class fee will still be deducted. Group classes are priced and scheduled as a shared commitment, and we are unable to offer refunds or credits for individual absences.
Rescheduling a Group Class
A group class may be rescheduled only if all members of the group agree on a new date and time. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
General Cancellation Policy
In all other cases, our general cancellation policy applies. Please refer to that policy for further details on notice periods, rescheduling, and refunds.
If you have a fixed slot and keep cancelling or postponing the lesson you might lose that slot and will be allocated to someone else.
If you don’t turn up for the lesson, you are not at the meeting point or online at the time and day of the lesson, you will be invoiced and charged with the full fee of the lesson.
